Our prices don’t include the visitor’s tax of Euro 1,50 per person per day, which will be charged to all our customers older than 14.

Conditions of stay
The validity of the reservation, to all intents and purposes, is subject to payment of the deposit, which can be made by postal order to our address or by bank transfer on the following account:

We also accept payment by credit card, (16 numbers) with relative maturity date (4 numbers). No amount will be charged in advance. Only in case of no-show the whole amount will be charged, as per cancellation policy.

Arrival
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 12.00 a.m.
Should you expect to arrive later than 8 p.m., please let us know.
In the event of late arrival, we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the whole booked period.

Departure
On the day of departure, please leave your room by 10 a.m. In the event of early departure, we will be forced to charge 100% of the price of the whole booked period.

Payment
We prefer cash, but you can also pay by credit card or ATM card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card).

Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled only in writing.

From 24/04/2026 to 30/06/2026 and from 14/09/2026 to 03/10/2026

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
The customer will be charged the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival.

From 01/07/2026 to 13/09/2026

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
The customer will be charged the total amount of the reservation if cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
